Winning illustration from the "Women's Scarves" Open call, organized by Gallery Padaria Águas Furtadas, Porto.

The illustration celebrates the collective strength of women through the gesture of holding hands. Each hand represents diversity, support and sharing, coming together in a continuous movement without barriers (geographical, generational and cultural). 

I have been reflecting on how we often carry fears or taboos, but also on the importance of supporting each other. There is something powerful in unity, in the exchange of simple gestures that strengthen us. 

"Hands on, Chests on" is a tribute to this connection.
